Find percent yield for crude and pure caffeine?

Mass of Tea Leaves: 15.1808 grams

Recovered Crude Caffeine: 0.146 grams

Pure Caffeine: 0.057 grams

So when I do percent yield of the pure substance would it be0.057g/0.146g*100 OR 0.057g/15.1808g*100

Or is this done differently by finding the using the reactants?Limiting reagent? Or can I do it this way?

If you need to reactants. I used 15.1808g tea, 500 mL DI water,7.5g Calcium Carbonate, Dichloromethane, MagenesiumSulfate.
