I need help to answer the table question
ROXBURY COMMUNITY COLLEGE GENERAL CHEMISTRY II Final Project Date Name ( 100 points) You are given 10 chemicals with no ID's except numbers 1 though 10. You are given a list of names and/or structural formulas for these chemicals. Your task, identify each substance by doing a series of tests. The table below lists the chemicals and their names or structural formulas. You are required to . Give the missing name or structural formula. 2. Give the functional group to which the chemical belongs. 3. Indicate the steps that you will follow to identify these chemicals. 4. Give test results that will help to identify the chemical. (e.g.dissolves in water, turns red litmus paper blue etc.) Write a balanced chemical equation to represent each of any three different test results from the test result column. 5. List of tests Solubility in water or an organic solvent of your choice boiling point Benedict's reagent Tollen's reagent Aqueous sodium hydroxide solution Aqueous sodium bicarbonate solution lodoform test Scent or Odor appearance (color, liquid, solid etc.) KMnO4 and/or any others alcohol (list whether 1, 2, or 3°) aldehyde carboxylic acid carboxylic acid salts (long-chained or short-chained) amine (list whether 1, 2, or 30 etc 6. Which of these substances has I or more chiral carbons. 7. Which of these substances will have a geometric isomer? 8. Which of these substances will have an optical isomer? 9. Which of these substances are structural isomers?
