II) Find the area of the largest rectangle that can be inscribed in a circle of radius 5cm. III) A framer wants to fence a rectangular area with 100 ft of fencing. The area he wants to fence is next to a river, so the river side wont need a fence, but he also wants to split the land into two pens with fencing parallel to the river side. Find the dimensions of the rectangle that would maximize his land area.
