Stuck on 4a right now...not sure why I also print screened 4b. Ifound the left limit, right limit (as x approaches 1), and Iequated it to f(1). But solving that gave me r=0, which doesn'tsatisfy r>1. I'm really not sure what I'm doing wrong...fairlybrain dead at the moment. If anyone could give me a hint orsomething I'd appreciate it.
Im not sure what I am doing wrong in these problems... I think the person that explained to me how to do them, didnt teach me the right way. My answer for problem 38 was (35/25, 23/25,89/25). That ithat answer doesnt help me find an answer for 39, so it makes me wonder if my answer for 38 is wrong all together. can someone please explain how to do these two problems?
