Here"s the excel file we"ll be working with, which you can download for free in the video description below. If you have a long data set and want to freeze the top row so that it"s always visible, press alt. To unfreeze the panes, go to view options and click on unfreeze panes. Use the control arrow keys to navigate across the data set. Use the control up arrow keys to navigate to the top of the data set. Use the control arrow keys to add new rows. Space and shift space shortcuts to select rows and columns. Use the control arrow keys to copy and paste data. Use the control down arrow to move to the last row of data. Use the control plus and minus keys to add or remove rows or columns.
