Unfortunately, the united states of america as a whole is becoming infamous for the abundance of school violence instances occurring every day. At one time, we could pinpoint the reason for these situations such as a low-income community or other reasons. However, now we are seeing these problems flourish in communities that otherwise have no expectation of this. I personally am from a small town in west tennessee known as medina. Our community has been deemed as one of the safest in our region, but that has not changed the fact that i personally have been held in a classroom due to a threat from a student. Young children do not make these types of threats in kindergarten. However, once they reach a level of understanding among their peers and their home life, that is when instances of anger turn into violence.
