The topic that i chose was the importance of mental health. You often do not see the battle that someone is going through internally when looking at them on the outside. No matter how well you know someone, you cannot know how they feel about what they are going through because everyone is different. In today s society, it is common for someone to experience anxiety or depression, and i think that those who do not experience these things may feel like depression and anxiety are ways to attract attention.
