In this paper, i will be discussing my views on crime and criminals before i began this course, to my views now and comparing if they have changed or not. I would say my views on crime going into this course was the same as the average person before learning more about it. I thought people that broke the law should be sent to court and do the time that they are given. Although my views now are not completely different, i do think my opinion has changed. People see crime very differently, as some people have tunnel vision on their views. Personally, if someone taking this class has tunnel vision, then they should not be in this course. I can do so while also being able to respect other people"s views. Throughout the year, i feel that i have been able to open my eyes on how other people view certain subjects.
