Emotional information is all around you because emotions communicate your feelings to others. Understanding emotional information can serve as a guide on how to approach various situations. This refers to the capacities and abilities of recognizing and identifying emotions in others, in addition to the biological and physiological processes involved. This refers to the understanding of nature, causes, and control or regulation of emotion. It also refers to the way in which a person identifies, predicts, and explains emotion in themselves and others. This refers to ability of emotions to help thinking in three ways.
