The arrangement of electromagnetic waves according to their wavelength or frequency is called electromagnetic spectrum. The wavelength of radio wave is longest to all the em wave . Microwaves are used in microwave oven for cooking /warming too. Microwaves are used in study of atomic and molecular structure. Frequency range : 10 11 hz to 10 14 hz. They are produced by hot bodies and are known as heat waves.
