Peace education is the process of acquiring values, knowledge, attitudes, skills, and behaviors to live in harmony with oneself, others, and the natural environment. It promotes these traits to help people prevent conflict occurring, resolve conflicts peacefully, or create conditions for peace. It encompasses the key concepts of education and peace.
