Based on the biological age of my client, the stage of human development that they are in is late adulthood or old age. My client"s human developmental stage is relevant to the case in that at this stage, one needs to find satisfaction and meaning in life instead of getting disillusioned and bitter. The unique ethical concerns that arose during the client"s stage are, being latina; this greatly affected the case negatively which was unfortunate as they were discriminated on their culture. It is evident that, had they been white, better particularly the attorney would have given quality services to them. It is evident that latina people have been discriminated against strongly and up today, they still face racism alongside other minorities. To address them, i would advise them to hire their personal lawyer who would ensure that they are not ethnically discriminated against (allen-meares and charles 5).
