Document Summary

Nanotechnology is one of the new technologies that have been invented by scientists. The micro and nanoscience technology helps in creating a wide range of solutions and products that range from common household items to very complex chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and materials (straine & bickley, 2011). One of these nanomaterials is silver (chen et al. , 2002). A study conducted in 2012 showed that the application of nanotechnology had significant effects on humans that include reducing deaths caused by road accidents, cancer, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and many more other conditions (chen et al. , 2002) In this chapter, we seek to identify the impacts that come with nanotechnologies on human health. We also seek to look at how much can be gained by allowing humans to do their best. Finally, the negative effects of using nanoparticles will be analyzed. Nanotechnology has many good impacts on human health. In general terms, it is all about making things small.
