BUSINESS MANAGEMENT Lecture : Processes_That_Are_Critical
Document Summary
Once managers understand what is important, they can move on to identifying specific processes that need to be prioritized. Each of these processes has a critical starting point that determines success or failure. The planning process, which allows organizations to focus their resources to maximize their chances of success, is the key to success in most organizations. The key to successful process planning and situations (internal and external), understanding of the people involved in planning and implementing the plan, and the system that can deepen this understanding come first. The means of putting this understanding into practice in order to effectively establish strategies and tactics round out the criteria for an effective planning process. Because it repeats many processes, small improvements can have a big impact. I used to work for an air conditioning company. There, area managers pledged to cut costs one cent at a time for a year.
