It should be divided among the people that are capable of doing the job and not be overloaded to a concentrated few. It promotes efficiency and increases productivity because employees do what they are good at. According to our school head, considering the skills, interests and capabilities of the teachers in dividing work and responsibilities saves time because being familiar with the designation speeds up production.
