Document Summary

According to the merriam-webster dictionary, communication is the art of conveying any form of information from one individual to another through the use of any appropriate means (merriam-webster, n. d. ). The information can be in the form of thoughts, ideas or even feelings. The means of conveyance on the other hand, can be written or unwritten, for instance letters, emails, signs or even behaviour. If the receiver does not comprehend the intended meaning, then that process is deemed to have failed. For this reason, communication is sometimes defined as a conveyance of meaning (nordquist, 2019). My plan is to communicate a certain idea to a corporation for implementation. The idea is to implement an automated system for checking and registering laptops of respective owners as they enter the corporation. As a security measure, one"s belongings are usually checked at the point of entry to the building. Any laptops or computers are registered at that point.
