BF190 Lecture Notes - Lecture 1: Socratic Dialogue, Anytus, Stonemasonry
Document Summary
**note** the lesson notes are not a replacement for reading the articles and cases. I would recommend that you begin with the lesson notes, and then read the relevant materials to expand upon what is covered in the notes. Please read over the syllabus and weekly schedule. What that means is that you will need to be even more organized and self-directed than you would for an in- person course. Most of this class is asynchronous meaning you can complete the work on your own schedule. But be careful you need to stay on top of the weekly readings and complete weekly discussions to do well. Even more important, make sure to ask questions if you don"t understand a concept or need clarification. When i teach in-person, i find that i can often judge whether you understand the material by watching your body language in the class, and then i can modify or rework examples as needed.
