The term system" has been defined differently by different thinkers. Ludwig von bertalanffy defines a system as a set of elements standing in interaction. Arther d. hall and robert e. fagen defines it as a set of objects together with relations between the objects and between their attitude . A system is a set of interactions taking place within itself. It means that if the properties of one component change all the other components and the system itself will be affected. Again there is the existence of boundaries in a system. It is also comprehensive in the sense that it includes all the interactions; inputs as well as outputs. The system also has a tendency towards equilibrium.
