Cruelty it depicts nero in town with 4 overburdened lawyers who cause the horse to fall. Nero is seen beating the horse who now has a broken leg due to the extra weight on his back. Cruelty in perfection nero is caught and found in the act of murdering his pregnant lover, the towns people appear angry while he has a poise and restrained composure.
