The cardiovascular system consists of 2 circulations: pulmonary circulation. Right heart pumps deoxygenated blood through pulmonary arteries lungs. After gas exchange, pulmonary veins carry blood left heart: systemic circulation. Left heart pumps oxygenated blood through systemic arteries body"s cells.
