Sc prohibits railroad dining carts that sectioned off racial seating. All of it uses the commerce clause. All due to the fact that in the war, the us fought with african american and asian troops and then the soldiers came home and were discriminated against. School integration starts at college and graduate school levels. Sweatt applies for law school at ut austin and is denied admission. State court calls for the university to build a separate but equal facility for sweatt to go to school.
