Consumption of abnormal large amounts of food in a single sitting 2hrs. Subset of the overweight and depressed population, not complete overlap: onset. Plus consequences of being overweight heart disease, diabetes, etc: treatment. More generally outpatient: dietary change, nutrition education, behavior modification, psychotherapy, antidepressants.
