It shall promote understanding, tolerance and friendship among all nations, racial or religious groups, and shall further the activities of the united nations for the maintenance of peace. Parents have a prior right to choose the kind of education that shall be given to their children. School is a major site of socialism. We spend most of our time growing up at school aside from with family. They contribute to a hostile or unsafe school climate, not only affecting those who are targeted but also those who witness or perpetrate these acts.
