Power of individual, sovereign state, including us, has decreased: america"s image has been tarnished by actions abroad. Obama has tried to make us seem more like a power, willing to intervene with cooperation of our allies: military"s flaws. Our military is overstretched, with too many projects going on in too many places. There"s a lot going on, but we"re not doing too well at any one of them.
