Social consequences of climate change: some human communities more vulnerable, urban areas, food security, children, women and elderly, refugees. Some human communities are more vulnerable than others urban areas. Sociological consequences of climate change: food security, myth: co2 has a fertilizing effect on crops, will have most negative effects on crops, resourced nations/individuals will adapt with new practices and technology, demands capital and education. Adopting new habits: 3 lessons: it is possible, it requires some careful thought and initial mistakes, some people will resist, especially if they think the new habit will make them worse off in the short term.
