Very important in development of the state and how religion fit in, how to live a faithful life. Mysticism- a direct and immediate communion of the soul with god, it is a highly personal, those who have had this experience can"t express it in words, it is common to all 3 religions. Similarities b/w this prayer life and asian meditation.
