Age, race, edu, religious, geographic & etc. Assets: safety net; cushion; protection; opportunity & etc. Transferable assets can lead differences to quality in life. Prevented aa to emass wealth at same rate as whites. One in four black households have zero or negative net worth compared to one in ten white families. For every 100$ white fam wealth, black fam hold . 04.
