Ie due to limited mandate: reason why democracies last over dictatorship. If something lasts=adaptable seen by perseverance system despite expected changes. Formulated by titans of industry: maintaining paradigm for decades due to 3a, econ depression, gov must intervene i. Adaptability is not only ab time but also the measure of how u change with times: yes=adaptable=institutionalist, complexity (simplicity)
