Marshall is experiencing problems with a team who is only three weeks into the school year. There are five members in this team; sandeep prasad, jennifer. Martin, daren onyealisi, rob delery, and jason cooper. The learning teams were formed so that each learning team member was both a leader and a member. It gave students the opportunity to work outside of their class and interact with individuals of different backgrounds. The team is having problems discussing their case and keep engaging in side arguments about how sessions should be run. The issues/potential main problem (main issues in ob terms related to the module): The main problem is that the learning team is experiencing severe conflicting ideas and perceptions of how the group should be run.
