Telephone: select sample, construct questionnaire, pre-test, prepare an interviewer instruction manual, train interviewers and ask questions how they should be asked, collect data, make necessary callbacks = 2. Respondents are likely to give you more accurate and sensitive data. Difficult to schedule during the day, usually evening.
