Agent is with an action and usually always involves an object. This is non-verbal communication i. e. similar to an infant starting to track with their eyes, communicating what it is that they want. Developmental functions: social, cognitive, language, physical, gross motor skills. The lower on the developmental stage a child is, the less a student is receiving. This just forces them lower on the developmental stages. If you teach the products you wont necessarily learn. Instead they put the child in the process of learning. i. e pointing in the book. If we just show her how to do it then they aren"t the ones learning, we are. Show what we know testing doesn"t show what the students know, instead it shows what the teacher already knows. Teachers are the ones doing the work (question and answers) all students have to do is find the pattern (regurgitate the information).
