Common in congenital heart disease and copd): consistency- thick vs thin, color- cap refill (push down on the nail and it should turn red again within 2 seconds) Typically cancerous moles are asymmetrical, no defined border, darker, elevated, E. abnormal findings: common shapes and configuration of lesions. F. abnormal findings: primary and secondary skin lesions. Primary skin lesions a. macule- flat, less than 1 cm diameter, erythematous.
