Take into account different things not just one factor: ex: relationship issues trust issues, etc. Causes with this model cannot be considered out of context. Ex: genetics, neurotransmitters, etc: behavioral factors. Ex: as child every time you share an opinion = slap in the face by parents, so in different environment as adult you don"t share which can hurt/help you depending on situation: cognitive factors. Can cause a huge impact on behavior. Sometimes ambiguous things could lead to mood changes/contribute to psychopathology: emotional influences. If we are in a down state of mind could lead to depression. Can also lead to anger, anxiety, etc: social and cultural factors. The way we view things are heavily impacted by this factor. Different cultures value different things: developmental factors. Ex: depression is different in an adult compared to a 4 year old. All of these things that make up components of multidimensional interact interdependently.
