 A friend is trying to push you across a frozen, flat, level, puddle. The coefficient of kinetic friction between rubber (the soles of your shoes) and ice is 0.15.  First determine your weight (hint: 2.2 lbs or 9.8 N is needed to lift 1 kg, so a 220 lbs person masses 100 kg and weighs 980 N).  Second determine the force of friction acting on your shoes.  Thirdly assuming the drag force is negligible (around zero) the only forces in the horizontal direction are the force of friction and the applied force of your friend pushing you, if your friend pushes you with 300 N [forward], then what is your is your acceleration?  Fourthly and lastly how long will it take you to reach a maximum speed of 5 m/s?
