P1: [racial] paa improves diversity, in ways that lead to better outcomes in some cases. P2: we are obligated to employ policies that lead to better outcomes. C: we are obligated to employ [racial] paa in those cases. P2 argument is made with utilitarianism in mind. Example: jews in the nba; not good.
