Between 1934 and 1964, 98% of fha loans go to white borrowers. Around 1930, most black americans in the north lived in neighborhoods that were only 30% black; by the 1960s their neighborhoods are 74% black or higher. Investigate the causes of urban race riots using the tools or social science. It required government to actively promote neighborhood integration.
