Inequality enters the state of nature because people begin to use money. Consent is what tells us it was probably in the state of nature, as opposed to common society. It"s from the state of nature that we get our inviable rights. It keeps without spoiling; money is not actually valuable (can"t eat it or use it unless we all agree to put value on it) It can be accumulated without waste; this lets you keep as much as you want without violating the first rule. You can trade it for what you really need. The disincentive of hard work is once you have what you need, you have more than you need if you keep working and you would have to share it so it doesn"t go to waste. Makes it possible to accumulate so much that there might not be as much and as good left for others.
