Fluorescent microscopy: control blocks, green lter (used to acquire red fluorescents, blue lter (used to acquire green fluorescents) Labeled with green banker toxin, so need blue lter to acquire fluorescent from cell: hit select again nothing is selected. If hit third select (green lter) don"t want so click off again: click on the middle, want rectangle to be full lines means not active.
