Mixup with biological sex and what gender they identify with, people usually know from a young age. Transvestite or cross- dressing is different do not have gender makes you a transgender or a transsexual. They may get a sexual fulfillment out of dressing, paraphilia. Sexual orientation goes with gender, the psychological aspect.
