Colonist: small children and women, majority of lower-tier. Goes back to rovno for the second time. But heads back to england, left the colonist, to get the supplies. Returns to england, but got detained, by 1590. Both attempts were a failure for the colonization, so england decides to back out from colonization. The virginia company, a business enterprise, decides to established to permanent colony in december, Instead of heading rovno, they end up traveling to chesapeake bay.
