Two main scissors used for dissection: metzenbaum, for delicate tissues, fat, thin muscle, etc, mayo, for thicker tissues, fascia covering a muscle, used to cut open abdomen, remove skin. Needle holder: meyo hegar, needle holder only, olsen hegar, needle older and scissors.
