Stag hunt (most simple game) monetary: game that describes conflict between safety & social cooperation, also known as assurance game, coordination game, & trust dilemma . Brewer: stag hunt, situation in which two individuals go out on a hunt, conditions, each can individually choose to hunt a stag or hunt a hare, each must choose action without knowing the choice of the other. If individual hunts a stag, must have cooperation of partner in order to succeed. If a & b each betray the other, each serves 2years in prison. If a betrays b but b remains silent, a will be set free and b will serve 3 years in prison (or vice versa) Implementation in network settings: first identify the structure of interdependence, some are simpler than others. Brewer: requires one to know oneself & the mind of those one is working with.
