Third party rights: third party beneficiaries: a situation where two people have a contract, but the existence of this contract will benefit a third party, giving that third-party rights. Intended beneficiaries: both parties know the intent of the contract is to benefit a third party. Ex: two parents buy their child a car to be delivered to the child.
