Isomaltose = glucose + glucose (alpha 1 6: also have, isomaltase, also made in small intestine that can break the alpha 1 6 molecule. Cellobiose = glucose + glucose: linked beta 1 4, not digested by animals, continued linkage produces cellulose. Lactose = galactose + glucose: linked beta 1 4, digested by lactase, difference between lactose and cellobiose is #4 position on galactose (only diff from cellobiose, only occurs in the milk on mammals**
