Racially just prison: racial integration to reduce segregations which would otherwise magnify stereotyping, need equal opportunities for programming, need to totally impact each part of the system. Healthy prison: promote healthy life style, society is usually mad prisoners get health care but it is a human right, and if they are not treated when they are released the public will be more at risk.
