At uf, many are interested because as a radiologist, you can take care of children and adults, work with surgeons, oncologists, and a whole team of specialist. You can be a generalist and know a lot about medicine or become an expert in a specific topic. Can have as much patient interaction as you want or as little. Treat many dieseases including head and neck cancer, lung cancer, breast cancer. complimentary or in place of surgery.
