Military identifications: joint pow/mia accounting command (jpac) Jpac was formed in 2003 with the merger of the central id lab, Hawaii (1976) and the joint task force full accounting (1992) Military, dod operation, must be us citizen to work there, most are military employees, 30 forensic anthropologists: approx. 500 staff: employs the most forensic anthropologists in the world.
