Sura 2, the cow, reflects the attitudes and practices of islam as well as attitudes towards christians and jews. It describes how people should love and devote themselves to allah because this affects the way in which they live their lives. In sura 2, allah explains what attitudes people should and should not have. People who worship allah will live a successful life, while those who do not worship will suffer. The only way to treat the suffering is by understanding and practicing the teachings of allah. Now surely they themselves are the fools, but they do not know. And when they meet those who believe, they say: we believe; and when they are alone with their shaitans, they say: surely we are with you, we were only mocking.
