People feel as if they were imposed with taxation due to not being able to get enough spanish gold and silver to pay the taxes on their land. The men fighting these taxes did not do too well. Debating plans on who will have the most power. Two rooms (house/senate) - people are in charge of voting for the lower legislative branch. Population of state means how many people they have in legislature. Northern states after the revolution had already been working towards abolishing slavery. Goes on to say that kept slavery alive and well for about 28 year. If a baby was born in a time span, they were to work as a servant to the household that their parents worked for until they were 28. Gw unanimously elected to be first president.
