Document Summary
Delivery is the difference between a good speech and a bad speech. Conveys the least amount of concrete in formation. The speaker has no notes and has instead, committed the entire speech to memory. Leaves no room for adapting to audience feedback. Speech written out word for word in an essay format. Can plan exactly what you will say and how you will say it. A presentation done with little or no preparation. Plan what you are going to say as you are speaking. A speech delivered with notes but not the entire speech. Elements of speaking that deal with the voice. Pronunciation - the accepted standard of how a word sounds when spoken. Mispronounced words damage your credibility as a speaker. Physically producting all the sound you need to convey the word. You should speak so that the person furthest from you can hear you. Rhythm - pattern of movement with your voice.
